Gorgeous and reliable herbaceous perennial
Summer flowering - smothers itself with frothy yellow-green sprays of flowers
Very attractive downy mid green beautifully shaped leaves which, after rain or morning dew, beads and sparkles on the leaf.
Good for picking - I use it as you would gypsophilla - stunning with red roses.
Cut it back hard after flowering, removing old leaves as well as spent flower stalks and it will give you a fresh growth of nice new leaves before it hunkers down for winter.
