Meconopsis paniculata
A delightful poppy with stunning yellow flowers in spring and soft yellow/green foliage.
It performs best in shade and a soil that doesn’t dry out.
Plant in a well dug over lime free soil which has been enriched with humus, compost and, if you can get it, some well matured farm manure.
Perfect in the woodland garden with a little light in winter.
