Dichroa Summer Skies
A lovely shrub best described as an evergreen hydrangea which it resembles in both leaf and flower. It has beautiful large heads of sky blue ‘star’ flowers, interspersed with greeny-white sterile florets in late summer and into autumn. It is hardy to moderate frosts and if cut back by hard frosts, as it can do here, it will leaf again in spring. Grows to about 2m high and wide.
