Viburnum sargentii Onondaga
Another delightful viburnum, Onondaga enters spring with emerging leaves of maroon which become green with hint of maroon as the leaf matures. The combination of new and older leaves is lovely. Spring flowers of 12-13cm flat topped cluster of pink tinted white lacecap blossoms. Autumn colours of purple-red with red berries. This deciduous shrub grows to about 2.5-3.5m high and wide. Easy to grow in full to part sun in moist but well drained soil.
