Fringe flower. This lovely evergreen shrub has white ‘tassels’ in spring and autumn. Nice olive-green foliage accented with copper coloured new growth. Can grow to 1.5 x 2m but easily kept lower. Lovely mass planted, in pots and informal hedging as well as general all round spreading shrub
